On Sept 18-22,1978, I used this book as the outline for the World's Longest Sermon-93 consecutive hours. This record is listed in the 1980-84 editions of the Guinness Book of World Records.

As the student representative and doctoral candidate for a school of Philosophy and Health called the Tree of Life, located in Harlem, New York, it was my task to develop a book that would incorporate as many of the books within the school's library as possible. I am neither an astrologer nor numerologists nor do I claim any paranormal or psychic abilities. I am the developer of a Philosophy and program of mind/body fitness based upon the principles of Jeet Kune Do developed by Bruce Lee. Philosophy of Divine Nutrition or simply PDN is an internal martial art. As the developer of this art it was and continues to remain my responsibility to demonstrate the principles and benefits of this program. I choose the Guinness Book of Worlds Records because it represents a form of authentication that is internationally respected. But just as one can study tai chi and other martial arts and never study the philosophical principals behind the movements, so also one can benefit from New Jump Swing without ever reading this book.

New Jump Swing represents the Fitness and Sports Nutrition program of PDN.

August 2007 will mark the 30th birthday of Kanya-Jerusalem (the image you see on the front cover of the book). As someone promoting youthening and anti aging, she is my Tinker Bell.

Thirty years ago, many of the concepts within this book were considered radical (some may still be) however -today many of the philosophical, nutritional and social commentary points made by me in 1977, are seen on The Learning Channel, The History Channel and television commercials.
