A Case of Fraud
Why
it takes a Spiderman to unravel a web of deceit
Every citizen must take responsibility for protecting
their name against fraud and misabuse.
As
a professional, it behooves me to set the record straight
regarding my involvement and rejection of the now defunct
National Youth Movement (NYM)
and its officers, as well as separate myself
from anything to do with fraud.
The
following articles and pictures, retained from personal files
were all presented, by me, in the United States Supreme Court
of New York State on April 25, 1990, to establish the fact
that I am the co-founder of the National Youth Movement.
Fact:
Independent of any document that I present to you here, during
the arrest and seizure of documents from the offices of the
National Youth Movement, a document titled The History of
the National Youth Movement was found. In this article it
states on the third line that someone named Donald Thomas,
was the co-founder of the organization. During this trail,
I was asked to read into the court record the first paragraph
of this NYM document and compare it to the first paragraph
of my documentation. I testified that they were one and the
same. My proof was that there was a typographical error on
my copy and the same exact error appeared on the copy obtained
from Sharpton.
Therefore some human being, somewhere on the planet
Earth named Donald Thomas is the co-founder of the
National Youth Movement. I am the only human being named Donald
Thomas who as a result of subpoena appeared in court and gave
sworn testimony.

Despite the
fact that the first question asked of me by attorney Alton
Maddox was: "Do you know what perjury is?" - at
no time before or after my almost four (4) hours of testimony,
was I charged with perjury; at no time were any of the above
documents deemed fraudulent by the court; at not time was
any of the above photographs ever challenged, regarding their
authenticity!
Actually, if
statements made about me by Sharpton are true then I am guilty
of perjury,forgery and identity theft!
To be publicly
accused of such requires that I always make my position known.
Those are very
serious charges and they directly impact upon my ability to
make the African American Community aware of the significant
health disparities that exist between them and the rest of
the American Population
There are
many people who, although I have had no association with the
defendant or the National Youth Movement, for decades, still
associate me with it and Sharpton.
..
When interviewed by the
newspapers, a comment was made regarding my testimony: "he
knows nothing about the National Youth Movement because
he's nothing, a complete crackpot." That statement
was made during the lunch break and I was still under oath.
At no time did the reporter ask Sharpton or Maddox were
they going to charge me with perjury. Being a "crackpot"
does not absolved false statements nor falsified documents
in a court of law. Sharpton's statement's are slanderous.
As a professional Advocate, I attempt to settle disputes
without litigation. This web page, serves that purpose for
me.
Shortly after the trial,
the defendant appeared on radio, whereupon he made further
derogatory and slanderous statements about me.For the record,I
am an only child, I will never be any ones Uncle!
Anything that I have said
regarding the character or lack thereof of this man, I have
done in a court of law, under oath, backed up with written
and photographic documentation,to his face. He on the other
hand can say none of those things.
An interesting side note:
The now defunct Newsday newspaper
that covered this story is the same newspaper that printed
on their front page in 1988, a story alleging that Al
Sharpton is an FBI informant. Sharpton and his attorney appeared
all day on WLIB radio station in New York, to answer those
allegations and did indeed admit to being an informant. Just
not an informant on African American civil rights groups as
has been written. Some would say that this shows how because
of racial/political reasons, Sharpton was being attacked by
this paper. Yet, as you will read, when my attorney sent this newspaper
and reporter, copies of the same information that you are
now reviewing - to show them the inaccuracies of statements
made about me, the newspaper never responded.
Any true investigative
reporting will find that since 1977, the Attorney General's
office of the State of New York, had complaints of charity
fraud against NYM and Sharpton. In the newspaper article that
I have presented to you, lead prosecutor Victor Geneicen is
quoted as saying "we're showing a consistent, long lived
pattern of misrepresentation", regarding why they brought
me to this trial
.I made the A.G.'s office
aware that I knew of these complaints, because I saw a letter
of complaint and the A.G.'s response letter in 1977. Yet,
it was not until 1990, that Sharpton was brought to court.
In this court, Alton Maddox handed me the papers of incorporation
for the NYM, (Inc?). In less that 93 seconds, I was able to
find where the NYM was only legally incorporated for one year
1973-74.Why did it take the A.G.'s office so long to bring
charges against this man and organization when in 1977 they
had complaints against it?
Since the organization had
been operating as a Non Profit for all of those years and
clearly was not, wouldn't Sharpton also be required to pay
back taxes on any donations he solicited?
I guess being an FBI informant
has it's privileges.
As the owner of this web site, I am able
to see who goes to each page on this site, I am aware of many
who have come to this page, and know of American media companies
who have been sent this information, yet to this day, no one
has followed up on this story. Even those who claim to present
the Bad about Sharpton somehow have completely left out this
charity fraud case!
Question: Do you think ANY Caucasian male
or female, could run for public office and have within their
background, over 60 counts of charity fraud and related crimes,
and it not be brought up by either the media or their political
opponents?
A lie is a sprint, but
the truth is an endurance contest,
I hold three world records
in human endurance!
I welcome your correspondence on this
matter.
